Kali Prosad Roy has over 25 years of progressive experience in assignments ranging from designing programme, implementation, MEL and advocacy in Education, Health, Entrepreneurship and Social Inclusion. Kali has vast experience in working with international NGO, private sectors, global organization supports in evidence based programming and foundation works for global health. Kali has extensive experience in program operations including large scale RCT programs, in collaboration with academia including HSPH/Ariadne Labs and UCSF. Kali is pioneered in co-designing India’s first Development Impact Bond for health, Utkrisht DIB in Rajasthan in collaboration with the Palladium, UBSOF, USAID and MfM. He has been the interim M&E lead to USAID India’s project Samagra implemented to improve the health outcomes of the urban poor in India. He has gained tremendous experienced while working in partnership with HealthTech and FinTech companies for development of digital platform and reaching out to unreached population. He has an MBA and persuaded Engineering from IIEST (erstwhile Bengal Engineering College), India. Kali Prosad Roy is one of the co-founders of ABKDF and currently serves as the Director.

Asish Taru Upadhyay has over 15 years of progressive experience in managing operations, finance, accounts and administration. He is having wide experience in private sector across different domain including manufacturing & food processing industries, hospitability and insurance sector. He is well versed about processes and protocols, system compliance as per the industry norms. In his past assignments, he was responsible for stakeholder management and smooth functioning of the daily operations. Asish Taru Upadhyay is one of the co-founders of ABKDF and currently serves as the Director – Operations.

Dr. Nayanjeet Chaudhury has over 27 years of experience in medicine and public health. He has developed and executed innovative and high-impact programs in various health domains including adolescent health. Currently as a Director and professor at Ramaiah International Centre for Public Health Innovations, he is instrumental in designing and executing innovative solutions to public health problems of low resource settings, established by Gokula Education Foundation (Medical), Bangalore. He is pioneer in conducting evaluation research, developed management information systems, and built the capacity of health workforce in India and multiple countries. As an advisor to the foundation, Dr. Chaudhury will guide the team to apply behavioural science while engaging with adolescent children, appropriate training curriculum beyond the text book for continuous engagement and health needs for the adolescent children

Ranjana Saradhi is a seasoned researcher and advocate for education, menstrual hygiene and adolescent health. She has over 30 years of experience in managing complex multi-partner research and consultancy projects in India and South Asian Countries. Earlier she worked for the Nielsen company over two decades and various other national and international organisations as senior advisor and research roles. Ranjana will guide the team and develop appropriate strategies for reenrolment of out of school girls and retention of adolescents particularly for improving gross enrolment ratio (GER) for Secondary (IX-X) and Sr. Secondary (XI-XII) schools.
